Case Studies
Redesigned the Natural Equine Essentials ecommerce experience to improve navigation, product discovery, and conversion flow. Simplified the user journey, strengthened information hierarchy, and resolved major usability issues disrupting the shopping experience. Since launch, the redesigned website has generated over $15,000 in online sales and continues to grow.
A feature expansion for the KeepSake app focused on User Personalization & Retention. The project introduced an account section where users can view their profile information and purchase history, along with a rewards system that encourages repeat engagement through points. This enhancement improves the overall user experience while strengthening long-term user loyalty.
This project marked my first deep exploration into UI/UX fundamentals. Working collaboratively within a team, we redesigned an existing website to improve usability, visual hierarchy, and overall user flow. The project emphasized structured design thinking and system-based execution using Figma.
