Case Studies
A feature expansion for the KeepSake app focused on User Personalization & Retention. The project introduced an account section where users can view their profile information and purchase history, along with a rewards system that encourages repeat engagement through points. This enhancement improves the overall user experience while strengthening long-term user loyalty.
This project marked my first deep exploration into UI/UX fundamentals. Working collaboratively within a team, we redesigned an existing website to improve usability, visual hierarchy, and overall user flow. The project emphasized structured design thinking and system-based execution using Figma.
